Tuition comprises of three options. The first is for the first time buyer who has none or very little knowledge of PC's. The second is for the second time buyer who is used to anything from Windows 95 to Windows ME, and would like help adjusting to Windows XP.The third is for anyone who would like help with their version of Windows. | Option One: The first time buyer's training is based around: How to start up and shut down the PC. How to connect to the internet and how to navigate around it. How to use e-mail (send & receive, configure Outlook Express etc). How to set-up and use virus software and keep it up to date. How to install and uninstall software. If you have a printer and scanner showing you how to print and scan.
| | Option Two: The second time buyer's training is based around:The main differences between your previous version of Windows and Windows XP. Some of the built in features of Windows XP (CD writing etc). How to set up the look you want from Windows XP. How to configure dial-up and e-mail settings if required. How to connect to the internet and navigate around it if required. How to set-up and use virus software and keep it up to date if required. How to use e-mail (send & receive, configure Outlook Express etc).
| Option Three: If you would just like help with you current version of Windows: This tuition will be solely based around what you would like help with. Tuition is priced at $ 45.00 per hour
